This unique event serves as both a Club Fundraiser to support our scholarship fund and an individual player fundraiser to help cover personal soccer expenses such as team fees, dues, and travel costs.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll be selling numbered golf balls online, and for every $10 ball sold, $8 will go directly into your Playmetrics account.
- The funds raised will be deposited into your account after the conclusion of the fundraiser and the exciting golf ball drop event in the fall.
- There’s no need for in-person selling; all transactions will occur online. When someone donates on your behalf, they will receive a receipt and a separate email with their unique ball ID number.
What’s a Golf Ball Drop Fundraiser?
During the event, a helicopter will release the numbered golf balls over our field. The balls that land closest to the target will win cash prizes! The more balls sold, the greater the chances to win.
